If you know how to get into your cpanel, which from the looks of it, no, but if you do, sign up on the main page of your site, REMEMBER the password, go to your cpanel, go to MySQL databases, then phpMyAdmin, click on users, click on browse, find your old and new id's, copy the new password into the admin one, you are in.
The passwords are encrypted.

You said you have been into the cpanel, you said you saw the encrypted password for admin.
Now, go back to the cpanel, in there will now be a 2nd login, I believe it is myname, I gave it the password mypass, it will be encrypted. copy it and edit the admin login and replace the forgotten password, which is encrypted, with the new encrypted password.

I see what you mean. I tried a similar thing a few minutes ago. Problem is that if I try to do any editting I come up against the following...
Error
SQL query:
A
